Here is the Aji Largo Racoto Pepper, Capsicum pubescens, Scoville units: 10,000 ~ 50,000 SHU. This variety of Rocoto pepper gets its name from a priest in the city of La Palma in the Canary Islands. It is a Black seeds variety. The flowers are white with a tinge of purple and the fruits  grow to about 2.5 inches long and seem to be hotter then all the other Rocoto peppers. This is considered a long season pepper so you need to start seeds very early in the season. Plants can get to 4 feet tall and compact. Open pollinated, 95+ days.
