This Pepper is a large upright black pointed jalapeno that get strange striping and blotching on the skin when ripening. They measure up to 6 inches long and black fruit with a smooth and shinny skin. The plants can reach 2.5 feet tall and produces dozens of peppers per plant! This listing is for the RED version. The Red Peter Peppers origin is unknown although it's commonly grown in East Texas and Louisiana. It is a type of Capsicum annuum, but it is not officially recognized as a cultivar of the species. The plants can reach 4 feet tall and produces dozens of peppers per plant! This Pepper is a large red super fat cayenne type that gets super HOT. They measure up to 14 inches long and green/red fruit with a smooth and shinny skin.
