General Shipping Information

1.) Domestic - $6.88 USPS flat rate shipping on all seed orders up to $50 for the lower 48 Hawaii and Alaska USA. After $50 it is FREE shipping! We will ship your order via USPS with tracking. Commercial bulk orders will include shipping pricing in estimate or on contract.

 

2.) Domestic - $10.00 USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box shipping only on These items: Dried Peppers, Powders, Whole fresh Peppers, bottles of hot sauces and bulbs and tubers. Orders over $50 for the lower 48 Hawaii and Alaska USA is FREE shipping! We will ship your order via USPS with tracking insurance included.

3.) International - Everything outside the lower 48, Hawaii and Alaska USA is $10.00 flat rate with NO TRACKING for most locations. For locations where the $10.00 flat rate fee is not an option, The shipping calculator can be used if available or we do not ship to your country. 4.) (Discontinued) If you request FedEx, DHL or UPS, there will be an additional handling charge. You need to add the handling fee to your cart or contact us first for a quote. 5.) All orders are processed Monday-Friday, and we do not ship or process orders on the weekends and holidays.

 

6.) All orders are sent standard 1-7 business days delivery via UPS or USPS.  The carrier used will depend on the type of items being shipped. 

 

7.) INSURANCE - USPS recently changed the items that were eligible for insurance. Seeds are NO longer insurable. We can NOT offer insurance any longer.

 

8.) All Shipping cost are non-refundable.

 

9.) FREE Shipping on all domestic seed orders $50 or more, Free shipping to Canada on orders $100 or more and $300 or more for international. At checkout, Your order should automatically remove shipping charges. FREE shipping only applies to the lower 48, Hawaii and Alaska USA. Your cart must be $50 or more to get free shipping. Coupons, promotions an discounts may lower your cart order below $50, just add more items to bring your cart total to $50 or more.

 

10.) You cannot change your shipping address once your order is complete. Please do not contact us asking to ship to a different address from the address you entered in the order. We can only ship to the address that is entered at checkout. If you need to ship to a different address, then your order has to be canceled and refunded first. Then you can place your order again with the new shipping address.

11.) RETURN TO SENDER RETURNS When orders are returned to us for reasons outside of our control like wrong shipping addresses, they will be handled like this:

1.) We receive your returned order.

2.) We contact you letting you know your order was returned.

3.) You have a choice to have us reship your order, discard your order or cancel your order.

• If you choose to have us discard your order, we will then throw it out.

• If you choose to cancel your order, we will then apply a 35% restocking fee and refund you your order less the shipping fees.

• If your want us to reship your order, Pay shipping charge by paypal or other and your order goes out to new address with tracking.

If your order gets returned again because the address is wrong again, we will discard the order and put your account on hold and you will not be able to make future purchases on HRSeeds.com. !!PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS CORRECT AT CHECKOUT!!!

12.) ORDERS LOST BY MAIL CARRIER - If for any reason the mail carrier *( USPS ) loses your package, it is your responsibility to track it down. If the package can not be recovered you need to file a claim for lost parcel with the post office.

We will ship your order regular mail in a standard envelope. $10 flat rate world wide! We have great success using this shipping method so far but we are not responsible if customs confiscates your order or any other issue. We do NOT provide PCR testing and phytosanitary certificates and other paper work if your country requires it. International orders are non refundable. We are only shipping PEPPER and TOMATO seeds internationally at this time. No beans, live plants or anything to large to fit into a regular business envelope. We will refund any item that we can not fit into the envelope. We will send a International shipping confirmation email for large orders.
