IMPORTANT UPDATE

All other shipping options, FedEx, UPS, USPS Express and DHL are temporally discontinued due to COVID 19. We are having all kinds of problems trying to process orders using these services at this time. For the time being we choose to discontinue these shipping options. Once life returns to normal, if it ever does, we will offer these shipping options once again. As of 5/18/2020 the USPS $5.65 flat rate option is the only shipping option we are offering. The FREE shipping $50 or more is still in effect.

Shipping & Handling

Processing and Shipping Time:  Orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 4 days and processed on a first come first serve bases from the time the order was placed. Most of the time orders are processed the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 Noon EST will be processed the following business day. We do not process orders on weekends and holidays, they will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Fees

1.) $5.65 USPS flat rate shipping on all seed orders up to $50 for the lower 48 Hawaii and Alaska USA. After $50 it is FREE shipping! We will ship your order via USPS with tracking. Commercial bulk orders will include shipping pricing in estimate or on contract.

 

2.) Everything outside the lower 48 and Alaska USA is $10.00 flat rate for most locations. For locations where the $10.00 flat rate fee is not an option, The shipping calculator can be used if available. If you can't get the calculator to give the proper shipping rates or is not available, Contact us for the shipping fees.

 

3.) Shipping cost for all other items other then seeds or combined orders will be figured by shipping weight on the calculator. If the shipping calculator fails to work, CONTACT us and we will supply a shipping quote.

 

4.) (Discontinued) If you request FedEx, DHL or UPS, there will be an additional handling charge. You need to add the handling fee to your cart or contact us first for a quote. Always be sure to include a physical address so there are no delays in processing & shipping your order. Read more below...

 

5.) All orders are processed Monday-Friday, and we do not ship or process orders on the weekends and holidays.

 

6.) All orders are sent standard 1-7 business days delivery via UPS or USPS.  The carrier used will depend on the type of items being shipped. 

 

7.) Insurance is an additional charge. If you want insurance please contact us if you don't see this option at checkout for a quote. USPS insurance is usually around $6.50 for most orders.

 

8.) All Shipping cost are non-refundable.

 

9.) FREE Shipping on all seed orders $50 or more. At checkout, Your order should automatically remove shipping charges. FREE shipping only applies to the lower 48, Hawaii and Alaska USA. Your cart must be $50 or more to get free shipping. Coupons, promotions an discounts may lower your cart order below $50, just add more items to bring your cart total to $50 or more. NEW - Free shipping to Canada on orders $100 or more!

 

10.) You cannot change your shipping address once your order is complete. Please do not contact us asking to ship to a different address from the address you entered in the order. We can only ship to the address that is entered at checkout. If you need to ship to a different address, then your order has to be canceled and refunded first. Then you can place your order again with the new shipping address.

11.) FREE SHIPPING does not apply on gift cards. If you choose to have a physical card(s) mailed, The $5.65 flat rate fee applies regardless of amount and is incorporated into the price of the card(s) above $50. The reason for this is when the card(s) are used, FREE SHIPPING will apply to the purchases from those card(s). Gift cards are available in Email form or physical cards. 12.) RETURN TO SENDER RETURNS When orders are returned to us for reasons outside of our control like wrong shipping addresses, they will be handled like this:

1.) We receive your returned order.

2.) We contact you letting you know your order was returned.

3.) You have a choice to have us reship your order or have us discard your ord
