Green Tomatoes

Green tomatoes are one of the strangest among all the tomatoes. These tomatoes come in all shapes and sizes and ripen to a solid green color or with some yellowing overtones. Some tomatoes will never change color which make it almost impossable to tell if there ripe but you can do a squeeze test for ripeness.
