Purple tomatoes are one of those tomato varieties you have to grow every year! These tomatoes come in all shapes and sizes and in full sun they really have a maroon or very dark pink color to them. They are heat and cold tolerant and are either determinate or indeterminate. the most famous of these if the Purple Cherokee tomato.
