This pepper variety has a medium hanging fruits getting to 2.25 inch long and turns from green to red skin when fully ripe. Plants can get to 3+ feet tall and tend to be a bushy and wide plant but if pruned they tend to stay smaller. Pods have a very hot baccatum pepper flavor with a very nice fiery burn that is very satisfying and is on the higher heat range of the baccatums! These go great in salads and rice & beans!
