Currant Tomatoes
Currant tomatoes are considered a wild species (Solanum pimpinellifolium) and are highly prolific fruit producers. WARNING!! do not plant "Pimps" in your garden but rather along the edges of your property or far away from the main garden as they will self seed every year. These tomatoes are great for small salads, eating fresh and yes, they are great for making sauce! All currant tomatoes are pimps, come in many colors and sometimes they can be Solanum lycopersicum too. They range in size from .25 to .50 inches round and the kids love them so much. Plants for this species can grow to 40 feet long! This page will have most of the currant Tomato varieties we offer on HRSeeds.com.
