Here is the Tatli Boynuz Biber Pepper (Sweet Horn Pepper), Capsicum annuum, Scoville units: 000 ~ 50 SHU. This Turkish sweet pepper is very popular in the middle east. Plants are heavy producers with horn-like like peppers an goes from lime green to red! Fruits can reach 6 inches long but average about 5 inches long and tend to taper to a point with broad shoulders. Plants get to 3 feet tall and very stocky but can get a little bigger. They are used to make paste as well as eaten fresh and is a street market variety. These peppers make a great pickling pepper. Open Pollinated, 75 days from transplant.
