Rezha Macedonian Pepper
Here is the Rezha Macedonian Pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville Units: 5,000+ SHU, The Rezha Macedonian pepper it originates From Macedonia and has been grown there for over 100 years. It is what is known as an “embroidered” pepper. Traditional farmers save seed from the peppers that show the most pronounced corking. They are mostly used to make a paste called Ajvar. This is considered to be a rare and hard to get variety. Open pollinated 80 days.
