Here is the Miniature White Cucumber, Cucumis sativus. The Miniature White Cucumber's origins are unknown. It  is a prolific producer and get to around 3" before they turn yellow and brown. Fruits can get to 4.5 inches long and turn yellow and then brown when fully ripe. Its best to eat them when they are 2 to 3" long and very crispy. Delicious and smooth flavor make them great for pickling. Good producer and stays crisp in storage. Open pollinated 40 to 75 days from transplanting.
