This pepper comes in red and yellow and have a heat level of 150,000 to 300,000 SHU. It is a super hot pepper with thin walls and gets its name from the Scot’s Bonnet. It is widely used to make Jamaican Jerk. They go from green in color to red when fully ripe. This pepper plant get to 3.5' tall. One plant can produce dozens or more peppers. You can Grow it as an ornamental, or in the vegetable garden, or both! Open pollinated 100 days.
