Gobbo Di Nazzia Cardoon is generally grown for their thick fleshy leaf stems. It's in the artichoke family and look pretty much the same in leaf shape buy looks like a giant celery plant! It's a perennial that can reach to 4.5' tall. They are Native to the Mediterranean but are now grown all over the world. It is a long season plant 120-160 days
