Elephant's Ear Pepper

This rare variety of sweet pepper was named after an elephant’s ear because they can get quite large an flat and look like the ear of a elephant! In Croatia and Serbia it is most commonly used to make ajvar, which is a relish. fruits can get 12 inches long and 6-8 inches wide! Plants get to around 3.5 feet tall and can be quite productive with as many as 2 dozen fruits per plant! This pepper is a sweet pepper and no heat. Open pollinated 70 days from transplanting.
