Brunswick Cabbage is a German heirloom that dates as far back as the 18th Century. These dense large heads are perfect for making kraut. We find it to be a longer season type cabbage. It's best to get this one started in spring. heads can get to around 8 lbs! though it is grown as an annual, we have grown them for years! Best verity for north eastern USA. 90-100 days.
