This pepper is known for its thin walls and strange shape for a bell pepper. The peppers have low heat but some may have heat around 1,000 shu. The Lebanese often use ground lamb with other ingredients for stuffing these peppers. It's thin wall and tougher skins make it good for grilling and roasting. One plant can produce a dozen or more peppers and get to 3 feet tall. They tend to ripen fairly quickly an can range in size with some getting to 7 inches long! Open pollinated 70 days.
