Here is the Tom Collins Pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville units: 500 to 1,000 SHU. The Tom Collins Pepper origins are unknown. Fruits can get to 4 inch long and turns from green/purple to purple/peach when fully ripe. Plants can get to 32+ inches tall but often times they stay around 20 inches tall. Pods are low heat and have a really nice fruity smell. Will fruit first year and did really well in a 1 gallon pot. Plants can live for many years in pots and tend to stay around 18 inches tall and ornate if pruned on a regular basis. A must grow for any collector!
