Here is the Keystone Giant Pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville units: 000 SHU. The Keystone Giant Pepper originates from Pennsylvania USA. Fruits are blocky and can get to 6 inch long and turns from green to red when fully ripe. Plants can get to 24+ inches tall but often times they stay around 16 inches tall. Pods are sweet and have a really nice peppery taste and can be used green or red. It will fruit first year and does really well in a 1 gallon pot. Plants can live for several years in pots and tend to stay around 13 inches tall and ornate if pruned on a regular basis. A must grow for any collector!
