This tomato originates from Robinson, Pennsylvania, USA and was Named by Doug Oster in honor of Fred Limbaugh after his death in 2008. Its a family heirloom that originated from Fred Limbaugh of Robinson, Pennsylvania. Fred's father and grandfather raised it in the 1930s. The fruits are a pink beefsteak tomato with a pink colored flesh inside that can get to about 4 inches across and weighing .75 to 2 Lbs. Plants can get to 6 feet tall in really good soil but plants tend to stay around 3.5 feet tall. This tomato is known for its unique history and its incredible taste.
