Here is the Cumari Laranja Grande Pepper, Capsicum Chinense, Scoville units: 70,000 to 125,000 SHU. The Cumari Laranja Grande Pepper originates from Brazil. Fruits are oblong shaped and turns from orange to red when fully ripe with a smooth shinny skin and can get to 1 inches long and turns from green to orange. Plants are short sized and can get to 24+ inches tall but often times they stay around 18 inches tall. Pods are medium heat and have a really nice tangy but fruity peppery taste and is best used when fully ripe. It will fruit first year and does really well in a 1 gallon pot. Plants can live for several years in pots and tend to stay around 16 inches tall and ornate if pruned on a regular basis. A must grow for any collector!
