Here is the Bryan's Blood Pepper, Capsicum annuum, Scoville units: 500 to 2,000+ SHU. The Bryan's Blood Pepper origins from USA. It was created by Eric Knight and is a cross between Scarlet's Chilli and Poblano pepper. Fruits get to 1 to 2 inches long and turns from green to red when fully ripe. Plants and fruits are variegated can get to 40+ inches tall and grows like a bush. Pods are high heat and have a really nice peppery fruity smell. It does fruit first year and did really well in a 1 gallon pot but is a late season harvest. Plants can live for many years in pots and tend to stay around 24 inches tall and ornate if pruned on a regular basis. A must grow for any collector!
