Here is the Bolivian Bumpy Pepper, Capsicum chinense, Scoville units: 90,000 to 100,000+ SHU. The Bolivian Bumpy Pepper origins are unknown and is a cross between a Bolivian Rainbow and yellow bumpy pepper. Fruits get to .75 to 1.25 inches long and turns from green to yellow when fully ripe. Plants can get to 40+ inches tall and grows like a bush. Pods are high heat and have a really nice peppery fruity smell. It does fruit first year and did really well in a 1 gallon pot but is a late season harvest. Plants can live for many years in pots and tend to stay around 24 inches tall and ornate if pruned on a regular basis. A must grow for any collector!
