It is a great market variety and often sold in grocery store. is a long orange carrot and sometimes called chantenay carrot type. These long and stout carrots are an all American heirloom yielding long orange roots that grow from 7 to 12 inches long and uniform. They go great in any dish and have a nice slightly sweet flavor to them. These carrots grow well in soft loamy soil. Open pollinated 68 to 75 days.
