Here is the Malaysian Goronong Pepper, Capsicum chinense, Scoville units: 150,000 to 300,000 SHU. Very hot! This pepper originates From Malaysia and is widely used throughout parts of the country. A very hot and very unusual habanero variety that has a unique flavor. The Goronong chili bears elongated fruits that grow up to 3.5 inches long. They ripen to yellow or orange, with a strange and unique, wrinkled shaped fruit. Very prolific producer. Has an excellent fruity flavor with high heat, similar to a Habanero or Fatalii pepper. Open pollinated, 80 to 90 days.
